Regulate Your Communication

Messaging - The three C's to communication so your message actually lands and you can hold boundaries without guilt, exploding or shutting down.

Empathy - For everyone (including you!!) so you stop operating from shame. Also you learn where your empathy needs limits so you hold your kids accountable and they can respect you as a result.
